    Program Komunitas & Pensiunan untuk Edisi Senin 3 Maret 2025 Pukul 20.00 dan Selasa 4 Maret 2025 Pukul 22:00 menampilkan Komunitas Tai Chi – Kan Kun.

    Tai Chi – Kan Kun adalah seni beladiri (kung fu) tai chi tradisional kuno, berasal dari aliran tai chi keluarga bangsawan Dinasti Manchuria.

    Tai Chi Kan Kun pada awalnya hanya diperuntukkan untuk internal kalangan keluarga keturunan bangsawan Dinasti Manchuria saja.

    Semenjak generasi Bp.Irwan Lay selaku guru besar (lao shi Tai Chi Kankun), mengingat manfaatnya bagi kesehatan yang sangat nyata, bahkan instan langsung bisa dirasakan perubahan untuk terapi berbagai keluhan penyakit. Maka, Tai Chi Kan Kun kisaran tahun 90′ an mulai dikembangkan dan diperuntukkan untuk kalangan masyarakat luas.

    Tai Chi Kan Kun di Indonesia pertama kali dikembangkan oleh Suhu Lay, ayah Bp.Irwan Lay. Cicit dari Pangeran terakhir dinasti Manchuria. Kongco dari papa Suhu Lay adalah Pangeran terakhir dari dinasti Manchuria.

     Tai Chi Kan Kun, The Method explained....

    Tai Chi Kan Kun, as a holistic approach to gaining good health, encompasses various elements that contribute to its unique nature and benefits. It is often referred to as "meditation in motion," "body and mind exercise," or "silence in motion" due to its integrative nature.

    Firstly, Tai Chi Kan Kun emphasizes the importance of breathing technique. Proper breathing techniques are taught and practiced throughout the exercises. Deep, slow, and controlled breathing helps to improve oxygenation, relax the body, and enhance overall well-being. Conscious breath control is an essential component of the practice, promoting relaxation and mindfulness.

    Secondly, physical exercise plays a vital role in Tai Chi Kan Kun. The method involves performing fundamental muscle exercises, maintaining proper posture, and executing a series of flowing and graceful movements. These movements engage the entire body, promoting flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination.
